This will be a powerful 4-5 hour class that can be done virtually or in person, in our home office. (Please allow extra time just in case). We will teach you proper breathwork, meditation, and how to journey. You will have a quick chakra clearing after we do a beautiful cacao ceremony to fully open your heart chakra for a deep connection. We are offering microdosing of plant medicine for those who would like to heighten their experience and take it to a deeper level. For those who join us virtually, we can send you the ceremonial cacao discs if you would like to participate in that ceremony.
