Healing Chakra Yoga

Join us & Yoga Instructor Lexia Wills for this special heart opening healing session!

Class will start off with a cacao ceremony to blow your heart chakra open. The Ceremonial Cacao we use is respected as a medicine. It is grown from native seeds from local heirloom nurseries. It is organically grown in agroforestry projects, primarily on family farms averaging 2 acres in size. This Cacao is blessed throughout the entire process of growing, harvesting & processing, with love & intention for healing. Lightly roasted

to maintain the healthy beneficial compounds of the cacao beans. This allows one to access expanded states of consciousness & increased vitality levels by connecting with the beneficial compounds of high quality cacao. Ceremonial Cacao is consumed intentionally with ritual, often to connect more deeply with yourself & others. We personally drink it before every class we teach & start our day with it. It brings a deeper connection between us & our clients.

You will then have a quick chakra clearing/healing done with Scott who is an energy healer. Next is a meditation with Monica to bring in connection & calm & move you into your heart space.  

Lexia will  then guide us through 1 hr of beautiful, relaxing chakra focused yoga. This will be gentle yoga so even if you are not familiar with yoga, this is a great place to start. 

All of this will take place in our private office space which is located right inside our home. If you are not local but would love to join us virtually, please call so we can set that up. Feel free to google us and read our reviews! Please be aware we do have pets. 

**PLEASE NOTE - This is a non-refundable class. If you cannot make it we will give you a voucher for either our next session or to use on any service we offer. You will need to bring a mat to do your yoga on. Please do not bring anyone with you unless they purchase a ticket as we have limited space. If you are sick or anyone in your home is or has recently been ill, please stay home so nothing gets passed around. We appreciate your consideration.
