Cancellation Policy

Please kindly call & leave a voicemail if you need to alter or cancel your appointment, 24 hours in advance. If you fail to follow this, we may keep 100% of your deposit fee if we are unable to fill your space. If you are late for your appointment you may only receive the scheduled amount of time that is remaining, unless we do not have a client after you. Please be aware that any remaining balance is due the day of your session, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We charge a 3-4.5% fee when paying with Square, Venmo, & Credit card. Zelle and Cashapp are free and we welcome cash.
